Dublin Hotel Prices To Increase By 10% Next Year
Dublin hotels are forecast to have the fourth highest price increase in Europe next year.
That’s according to a new survey by the American Express Global Business Travels Hotel Monitor 2024.
Hotel prices in the capital will continue rising next year; according to this survey, Dublin hotel prices will increase by 10% next year.
In Europe, only Gothenburg (10.1%), Amsterdam (10.8%) and Paris (11%) are likely to outpace Dublin's hotel prices.
The report pointed to Dublin's supply shortfall and high occupancy rates in existing hotels. While at the luxury end, it says Dublin particularly lacks providers.
The American Express Global Business Travels Hotel Monitor looks at accommodation pricing in destinations highly frequented by business travelers.
