Scientists have moved a step closer to being able to predict the likelihood of very early tumours developing into breast cancer.

A team from Queen's University in Belfast has come up with a potential way to separate patients according to their risk.

It could lead to women who are considered as having a greater chance of getting cancer being offered more intensive treatment.
