A man in his 70s has been taken to hospital after being hit by a bus in Dublin this afternoon.
It happened when he was walking along Eden Quay at the junction for Marlborough Street at around 1:40pm.
The pedestrian was taken to the Mater Hospital with serious injuries.
The road was closed for a time while Forensic Collision Investigators examined the scene.
