Dublin artist Spicebag says fake posters claiming to show designated drug zones in the city are designed to "start a conversation."

These fake posters are quite convincing.

They have official logos from Dublin City Council and the Government say that 'Crack and Heroin Use is Permitted in this Area' as they are dedicated drug zones.

It even adds the message in Irish.

However, they are completely fake and designed to ignite a debate about drug use in the city.

The artist Spicebag said, "the point of it is to raise awareness around the need for drug reform, especially in the realm of harm reduction, safe injection centres and proper funding for outreach."

Dublin City Council says it's aware of the posters and will be removing them.
