Enda Kenny has made a formal offer to Fianna Fail to take part in what he's calling a "full partnership government".
The proposal will be discussed by TDs from both parties in Leinster House this morning.

An unprecedented election result took 40 days to result in a face-to-face meeting between the leaders of the two biggest parties.
But last night Enda Kenny and Micheal Martin finally sat down to discuss government formation - in an hour-long meeting that resulted in an unprecedented offer.
Enda Kenny has offered Fianna Fail a chance to enter what's being described as a "full partnership Government" - which would also include some of the independent TDs currently in talks.

A Fine Gael statement said the meeting was 'positive and constructive' - while a Fianna Fáil spokesperson said Enda Kenny had confirmed he believes a minority government, led by either party, 'would not work'.
Both the Fine Gael and Fianna Fail parliamentary parties will meet to discuss the idea at 11 o'clock this morning.

That will give the first indications as to whether such a government is a realistic option - or whether the country could be going back to the polls.
