Gardaí investigating the gunning down of a man in a Dublin hotel say they're keeping an open mind on the criminal groups involved.
Earlier today, the so-called Continuity IRA claimed they were responsible for the murder of 33 year old David Byrne at the Regency Hotel in Drumcondra on Friday.
Minister for Justice Frances Fitzgerald said Gardaí had no operational intelligence to indicate the attack was about to occur.
