Three people are being questioned following separate drug seizures in Donegal and Dublin.
Officers from the Organised Crime Unit stopped and searched a car on the Naas Road in Clondalkin yesterday evening.
They found cannabis with an estimated street value of 60 thousand Euro and arrested a man in his 30s.
Later, during a follow up operation, cannabis with an estimated street value of 90,000 Euro was seized at a house in Baldoyle.
A woman in her 20s was arrrested at the scene.
Elsewhere, a 28 year old man has been arrested in County Donegal after gardai found 321 cannabis plants at a house in Portsalon.
The drugs have an estimated street value of 128 thousand Euro.
