An investigation into the deaths of a number of babies at a Co. Galway hospital appears set to be widened.
The HSE confirmed last month that it was examining the cases of 7 infant deaths at Portiuncula hospital, 5 of them involving oxygen deprivation.
However one family who lost 2 daughters were not included.
Warren and Lorraine Reilly's daughter Asha died at 30 weeks' gestation in 2008, their second child Amber died at a Dublin hospital after being transferred there following her Caesarean birth in 2010.
Warren says he and his wife are now hopeful that their daughters' deaths will form part of the review:
