Prices rose by 5.3% in November when compared to the same month last year.
That's the largest annual change in prices in 20 years, according to figures from the CSO.

Transport saw the largest price increase at over 16%, followed by housing, water, electricity, gas, and other fuels.
Transports costs rose due to higher prices for diesel, petrol, and cars.
There was also an increase in airfares.
