Katy Perry and her record label must pay a Christian rapper €2.5 million for copying one of his songs.
Earlier this week a US jury decided her 2013 "Dark Horse" hit used a similar beat and instrumental line to his song "Joyful Noise."

The artist - Marcus Gray - has spent five years convincing lawyers her track Dark Horse copied one of his.
His case has survived constant court challenges.
Katy Perry's lawyer says the demands of the copyright lawsuit are a "travesty of justice" - which she'll vigorously fight.
