A man has been charged with the murder of his brother in Kerry.
Thomas Dooley was killed on Wednesday at Rah Cemetery in Tralee.
35-year-old Patrick Dooley, of Arbutus Grove in Killarney, was before Kenmare District Court this morning.
He's charged with the murder of his brother Thomas in Tralee on Wednesday.
When charged and cautioned - Gardaí says he said "I didn't harm my brother at all in any way - that's all I have to say to it."
Patrick Dooley will appear again at Tralee District Court next Wednesday via video link.
