A man has died after a stabbing in Co Wexford overnight.
A man in his 40 has been arrested and is currently being questioned.
Gardai were called to a home in Enniscorthy at about 12.30am and found the man in his 40s with apparent stab wounds.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
A man in his early 40s was arrested a short distance away and he is currently in Wexford Garda Station.
The scene is currently preserved pending a full technical examination. The Office of the State Pathologist has been notified.
Gardaí are appealing for any witnesses to this incident to contact them.
