It seems one in five of us get separation anxiety when we're not with our smartphones.
A new survey finds the average person spends around 20 weeks a year in front of a screen, and a third check their phone every 20 minutes.

The most annoying phone habits can also be revealed - the worst is having your phone at the dinner table, checking it while talking to someone, and when it rings at the cinema or theatre.
More than a third of us find it hard to take a break from our phone, with many only managing to take a break for an hour or less.
