There are more short-term holiday lets available on Airbnb than long-term rentals listed on Daft.ie in all 26 counties.
An analysis of the data platform Inside Airbnb, has found some counties there are almost one-hundred times more short-term lets available.
In Co. Kerry, there are 99-times more short-term lets available than long-term rental properties.
There are 1,972 apartments and houses available in the Kingdom on Airbnb; while there are only 20 properties listed for long-term rental on Daft.ie.
In Co. Clare, 995 short-term lets are available, but only 15 houses and apartments are available to rent in the whole of the county.
In Co Donegal, there are only 37 properties available for long-term rent, While there are over 1,700 properties available through short-term lettings.
In Dublin, there are four times more houses and apartments available on Airbnb than on Daft.ie according to the data from Inside Airbnb.
