Independent TD Mick Wallace has raised new concerns about the sale of NAMA loans - claiming some developers were offered the chance to buy back their own loans, before the agency sold them on.
Deputy Wallace made the claims in the Dáil, claiming that some developers with loans in Northern Ireland were approached by "fixers" offering to arrange the purchase of their own loans at a discount.
He says the approaches were made up to six months before the loan portfolio was put up for sale by NAMA.
And Deputy Wallace also claims he has received contact from the buyers, Cerberus, who told him he would be "sorted":
