New Survey Finds Half Of Irish Adults Would Like To Become An Influencer


Almost half of Irish adults would like a job as an online influencer, according to a new survey.

The poll of 1,000 people by Pure Telecom found 58 percent of men and 45 percent of women aspire to become a viral sensation.

Nearly double the number of men than women said they'd like to make Instagram their main source of income.

21 percent of men said they'd like to make money off the app, compared with 11 percent of women.

Meanwhile 20 percent of participants value recognition on social media ahead of praise from their boss.
