Solicitor Brian O'Donnell has been given two weeks to leave the Gorse Hill property in Killiney in South Dublin.
The Court of Appeal earlier rejected his attempts to overturn a High Court judgment which gave the Bank of Ireland a trespass order against him.
Ms Justice Mary Finlay Geoghegan told that court that Mr O'Donnell - who owes the bank over 70 million euro - doesn't own Gorse Hill, has lived permanently in England since 2011 and only took up occupation of the Killiney home to prevent receivers taking possession.
She granted Mr O'Donnell and his wife a two week stay.
Land League Spokesperson Jerry Beades says Brian O'Donnell intends to take the matter to another appeal.
