A person has been found dead following a house fire in Co Offaly, at the same address where a woman and child were killed last year.
Emergency services were called to the scene at Castleview Park in Edenderry in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
The person's body was found after the fire was extinguished by local Fire Services.
The person who died hasn't been identified yet. A post mortem is due to be carried out to find out the cause of death.
Officers have said the results of the post-mortem will help to determine the course of any Garda investigation.

Gardaí in Tullamore are appealing for any person with any information this morning's fire to come forward.
