The report into alleged ticket touting at the Rio Olympics is set to be published this afternoon.
It's expected to clear former Olympic Council of Ireland President Pat Hickey of criminal charges.
It was supposed to take just 12 weeks, but now a year later we'll finally get to see the report into alleged ticket touting - which has been on the minister's desk since June.
Parts of it have already leaked.
Former OCI President Pat Hickey
Judge Carroll Moran is likely to criticise the lack of co-operation from key players in the scandal.
But Sports Minister Shane Ross says he doesn't think that undermines the report and doesn't regret the way he set up the investigation.
The report examines allegations of ticket touting, and the close relationship between THG Sports owner Marcus Evans and Mr Hickey.
