Sinéad O'Connor will be laid to rest tomorrow.
Her funeral cortege will pass along the seafront of Bray, County Wicklow tomorrow at 10:30 am.
Fans and locals will have the chance to pay their final respects there, before a private burial afterwards.
She lived in the area for 15 years and, in a statement, her family says they would like to acknowledge the outpouring of love for her from the people of Wicklow and beyond.
The singer was found dead at her home in London on July 26th.
Eddie Rowley, the Sunday World's Showbiz Editor says the funeral arrangement are similar to those for Aslan's Christy Dignam in June:
"For the most part, it's private for the family... this is taking place outside Sinéad's home on the Strand Road in Bray, County Wicklow.
A tribute to the singer meanwhile has been erected on Bray Head.
