Nearly four thousand people are without power this morning as Storm Frank continues to wreak havoc.
ESB crews worked late into the night and began work again at first light to restore power to those in the dark - the largest outage is in Arklow, Co Wicklow where a thousand homes and businesses are affected.
The Atlantic coast has been among the worst affected by the latest storm - with 70 millimetres of rain and gusts of up to 120 kilometres per hour.
Four weather warnings remain in place until this afternoon.

Storm Frank is also causing havoc in Northern Ireland, Northern England and Scotland.
Winds reached as much as 80 miles per hour in parts of the North and up to 5-thousand homes there were without power at one point overnight.
Rain's been falling over already saturated ground, and a swollen river's caused a bridge in Tadcaster in North Yorkshire to partially collapse.
