In the UK, a committee of MPs doesn't think the Prime Minister's Brexit deal provides enough clarity or certainty.
The Commons Committee on Exiting the European Union has been looking at the terms of her deal.
The cross-party report found that the deal only provides clarity on the terms of the UK's departure - with the nature of the future relationship remaining unclear.
MPs in the committee are also warning they haven't seen "realistic, long-term proposals" on avoiding a hard border in Ireland when the UK leaves the Single Market and Customs Union.
The House of Commons has a long-awaited 'meaningful vote' on the Brexit deal on Tuesday - with Theresa May facing a potentially heavy defeat amid strong opposition to the deal from MPs across the political spectrum.
Mrs May has warned the UK will be in 'uncharted waters' if the deal isn't passed.
She told the Mail on Sunday: "It would mean grave uncertainty for the nation with a very real risk of no Brexit."
