Ryanair pilots based in the UK have voted in favour of strike action, following a dispute over pay and conditions.
Following a ballot, 80% of pilots voted to take industrial action.
Pilots will strike later this month on the 22nd and 23rd of August.
BALPA members in Ryanair will be asked to take strike action as follows:
From 0001 on 22nd August until 2359 on 23rd August
And
From 0001 on 2nd September until 2359 on 4th September5/

That will be followed up with three days of strike action on September 2nd, 3rd and 4th.
BALPA, says it's members have been left with no choice but to go on strike.
The Union says it's imperative that the issues are resolved urgently to avoid strike action.
IALPA, the union representing Ryanair pilots based in Ireland, is currently balloting its members over the possibility of taking strike action.
The ballot is due to be complete by this Friday.
