Mick McCarthy has the last laugh

All eyes (well some eyes really) will be on the Aviva Stadium this evening as Ireland take on New Zealand in an international football friendly.

It doesn't promise to be much of a game, but it will help the Irish lads stretch their legs ahead of Monday's cruncher against Denmark.

Roy Keane hosts a Radio ROY special to mark the occasion but I very much doubt he will be tuning it.

He crosses over live to Stamford Bridge to get an update on Frank Lampard's player fining system, which results in a perfectly timed dig from Mick McCarthy.

Watch the match live on RTÉ 2 @7:45pm this evening. You'll get to see Ireland U-21 stars Troy Parrott and Lee O'Connor make their debuts - if nothing else.
