Ireland will be hoping to stop Wales winning the Grand Slam when they face off this weekend in Cardiff.

To date, England is the only country that has lost a Grand Slam decider, but that could all change on Saturday.

Former Irish and Welsh internationals Tommy Bowe and Adam Jones joined us on The Last Word courtesy of Guinness to look ahead to the big game.

They each assessed their countries' form so far and gave their predictions for what might happen.
