Who knows, we could yet have a double helping of Leinster v Munster finals in May.
With the provinces currently well placed in the top two in the Pro 12, they were also kept apart in the Champions Cup quarter and semi-final draw in January.
And while the pair knew who their potential opponents would be if they got into the last four of the tournament, they now know the locations of those games.
Munster welcome Toulouse to Thomond Park on Saturday, three years on from handing the French giants a quarter-final pounding in Limerick.
With vastly differing domestic form, and home advantage for Munster, they're favourites to reach the last four for the 12th time.
Their reward for beating Toulouse would be a meeting with either reigning champions Saracens or another showdown with the Glasgow Warriors, who they've already played three times this season, with a further Pro 12 date in Cork on April 8.
A potential game against Saracens would see Munster having home-country advantage, with the game to be played at the Aviva Stadium, but should Glasgow surprise the champions, they would host either Munster or Toulouse at Murrayfield in Edinburgh.
On paper, Leinster look to have the tougher task this weekend. Leo Cullen's side host Wasps at the Aviva Stadium, who inflicted heavy defeats on them in their two pool meetings last season.
Leinster are slight favourites with the bookmakers, and if they win, they'll be travelling to France for a semi-final against either three-time champions Toulon, or perennial bridesmaids Clermont Auvergne.
The Allianz Riviera Stadium in Nice would host Leinster if they are to play Toulon. The 35,000 seater stadium staged four games during Euro 2016. If Leinster and Clermont are to meet in the last four, that match would be played at the Stade de Gerland, home of Top 14 side Lyon, and formerly the home of the city's football team.
However if Wasps beat Leinster this weekend, they would have home country advantage in the last four, with Franklin's Gardens in Northampton the venue.
This year's final takes place at Murrayfield on May 13.
