On this week's World of Football, we were talking about obscure rules, wardrobe malfunctions and a new era for squad numbers.
The first story that intrigued us came in Newcastle's 1-0 win against Burton Albion in the Sky Bet Championship on Wednesday, when a Matt Ritchie penalty was ruled out after Dwight Gayle encroached into the penalty area. But rather than retake the penalty, referee Keith Stroud gave Burton a free-kick and was later forced to apologise after learning of his mistake.
Inspired by the incident, Brian Kerr even hit us with our very own "You're the ref" situation.
Stroud had been set to referee the League 1 meeting of Millwall and Gillingham this weekend, and the mention of Gillingham brought us onto our second topic, after they sacked their long-serving kitman this week, after he forgot to bring the jerseys to their game against the MK Dons.
That then led us to our final topic, and a Brazilian fourth-tier side, who incorporated some special offers at their local supermarket onto their jerseys. It looked... bizarre.
