Davina McCall is due to finish her 500-mile charity triathlon challenge later. She’s travelling from Edinburgh to London by bike, water and on foot to raise money for Sport Relief.

Cheryl Cole has dropped her biggest hint yet that she will return to The X Factor panel this year. I know at LEAST 3 other people who are interested in this (Niamh MacSweeney, Una Mulhall and, um, Cheryl Cole) so let’s just go with it. She posted a 'Throwback Thursday' image on Instagram of her sitting next to Simon Cowell on the panel. This give me ze happies.
