Meryl Streep is shocked Emma Thompson was snubbed at the Oscar nominations.
Streep - who was nominated for Best Actress - says she sent Emma a long e-mail after she missed out on the shortlist, saying how bad she felt.
Thompson replied with 'good'. Smiley face.
The Voice UK has unearthed a major new talent - Adele's cousin!Georgia Harrup stuns the coaches on this weekend's show with her rendition of Ray Charles' Hallelujah I Love Her So. She tells Kylie, Tom Jones, will.i.am.an.eejit.for.spelling.my.name.this.way and Ricky Wilson that she credits her soulful voice to "good genes". She also credited the fact that she was allowed audition because she wrote “I’M ADELE’S COUSIN” all over her application form. Indeed.
Christy Dignam is responding well to cancer treatment and is on the mend, according to Aslan’s facebook page. What brilliant news. Hopefully they’ll be back at their best in no time. And I promise I’ll start leaving them alone.
