Twenty three year old Áine Cahill has come along way from her hometown in County Cavan.

After making her Glastonbury debut on the Bread and Roses stage in the summer of 2016, BBC producers were so impressed, they immediately put her on their live backstage coverage.

She delivered an unbelievable acoustic performance of her track Black Dahlia that you might remember - it sparked an incredible reaction that got her trending on Twitter.

Áine’s music is inspired by her love of classic jazz from the 1950s, but her cutting, modern day lyrics with her velvety vocals, is what makes her music really special.

Áine now returns with a new track Blood Diamonds, where her tremendous voice trickles over synthy sounds and big beats.
