It's created by Steven Trim, a scientist working at a company researching venom for drug discovery.
Steven had a eureka moment and was inspired by the action of a spider venom to create a sauce (as you do).
He said, "It's a similar heat component that the venom would cause. We finally hit on the idea of doing a synthetic inspired sauce."
The company is based in a place called Sandwich (hur hur) in Kent.
