Standing on a plug
It always seems to happen when you are under pressure. You are usually running around trying to get ready for work. You’re looking for your left shoe, spot it across the room, make a dash over to get it and then....BAM. That three pronged b*llix has ruined your day before it’s even begun. It’s a pain like no other. Unless you’ve stepped on lego.
Stubbing your toe
You know that old Irish Mammies phrase ; ‘Laughing always leads to crying’? Well, for some reason, the toe stubbing always catches you when you are taking out the mick out of someone. It’s like karma for toes. You make fun of your boyfriend/ girlfriend / brother / sister/ friend and you’ll stub your barefoot toe as you are running off laughing . KARMA.
Water down sleeve
There’s something really disturbing about getting a big rush of water down your sleeve when you are washing your hands or doing the dishes. It’s a very uncomfortable sensation. A small problem yes, but an annoying on all the sames.
Dropping freshly buttered toast
It always falls butter side down naturally. Hairy buttery toast. Charming. RAGE.
Teeth on wool
Can’t even talk about it. Shudder.
