Should students be allowed use computers during exams?

Over 55,000 Leaving Cert students will begin their Leaving Cert Exams tomorrow.
Minister Ciarán Cannon says students should have the option of doing their exams on a computer. 
The Minister is currently developing a five-year strategy on digital teaching and learning and says many young people were more comfortable using a tablet than a pen.
He believes technology "can be a great tool in creating interest around topics for young people".
"Telling students that the only way we are going to assess you is for you to get into a room and write constantly for three hours, is very off putting and adds to the stress."
