Being stuck in traffic has been named the most annoying 'micro-stress'.
More than half of people say bad traffic is the worst everyday stress they experience.
Nine in ten people say small, everyday stresses wear them out with breaking bin bags and messy home also featured in the top five.
One third of people say losing your keys and people waking too slowly are the most frustrating everyday stresses they experience.

The survey by CBD drinks brand TRIP, also found one in four say forgetting to charge your phone overnight and losing the TV remote are the most annoying 'micro-stress'.
The research found everyday 'micro-stresses' can trigger the same exhaustion as a single major life event, with people suffering increased blood pressure due to stress for up to two hours a day.
