Actor and martial artist Chuck Norris has died at the age of 86.

He passed away yesterday morning, surrounded by his family.

He starred in TV series such as Walker, Texas Ranger and films including The Way of The Dragon.

In a statement, his family says he was a devoted husband, father and grandfather, and lived his life with purpose.
