CMAT has been nominated in the 'Best International Artist' category at this year's BRIT Awards.

The 29-year-old singer-songwriter from Co Meath faces stiff competition from the likes of Taylor Swift, Lady Gaga, Sabrina Carpenter and Chappell Roan.

Lily Allen is nominated for three awards after causing a stir with her first album in seven years.

Olivia Dean has five nominations, including for 'Artist of the Year', 'Song of the Year, and 'Album of the Year'.

The ceremony - which is leaving London for the first time - will take place at Manchester's Co-op Live arena on Saturday 28 February.
