Cocaine worth an estimated €51,000 has been seized in Co. Waterford.
It was recovered last night during a Covid-19 checkpoint in Grannagh junction.
At around 11.30pm, Gardaí stopped and searched a car.
During the course of the search a large quantity of cocaine was recovered.
The driver of the car, a male aged in his early 20s, was arrested.
He was taken to Waterford Garda Station where he is currently being questioned.
