The hunt is on for the winner of last night's EuroMillions jackpot worth a massive €250 million.

The winning ticket was sold in Ireland, according to the National Lottery.

People are being advised players to check their tickets very carefully to see if they have become Ireland's latest multi millionaire

The winning numbers are 13, 22, 23, 44, 49 with 3 and 5 as the Lucky Stars.

It's the largest amount of money ever won in Ireland, significantly more than the €175 million scooped in The Naul in Co Dublin in 2019.

Tuesday night's jackpot is more than double what Limerick woman Dolores McNamara won in 2005, when she became Ireland first EuroMillions winner after scooping a €127 million jackpot.
