House prices are on the rise across the country.
The latest Daft.ie House Price Report shows they've gone up nationally by 2.9 per cent, during the first three months of this year.
Limerick has seen the largest increase of all the cities across the country.
The cost of a home in Limerick rose by 11.4 per cent in the first quarter of 2019, compared to the same time a year previous.
This compares to a rise of 10.3 per cent in Waterford, 9.9 per cent in Galway, 8 per cent in Cork and 4.1 per cent in Dublin.
