The Tanaiste's restricting his movements after coming into close contact with a person who tested positive for Covid-19.
Leo Varadkar says he was informed yesterday, but a subsequent test has come back as negative for the virus.
However, he'll now be restricting his movements to working from home and outdoor exercise.
In a statement, he says he feels fine and there are no implications for anyone who has been in close contact with him.
Finance Minister Paschal Donohue's also restricting his movements until Saturday after another member of the Eurogroup of Finance Ministers tested positive for Covid-19.
Bruno Le Maire, the French Minister, was at the meeting with Minister Donohue and others in Berlin two weeks ago.
Mr Le Maire received his positive test results last Friday, and then his office contacted officials here in Ireland to notify them.
Paschal Donohue had already been restricting his movements as Germany had not been added to the Green List yet.
