Rebekah Vardy's libel battle against Coleen Rooney is to have its first High Court hearing in the UK later.
Coleen accused her ex-friend of leaking stories about her private life to the media last year in what became known as the 'Wagatha Christie' scandal.
Rebekah's denied the accusations, and says she "suffered extreme distress and embarrassment as a result".
Lawyers for Coleen say she has repeatedly offered to meet Rebekah to settle their differences and a mediation attempt was made earlier this year but talks broke down.
