The Tanaiste says people who refuse to take the AstraZeneca vaccine ‘will have to wait until the end’ of the vaccine programme for another one.
Leo Varadkar was speaking as a new online portal opens for people aged 69 to register for the vaccine.
Its open for people aged 69 today, 68 tomorrow, and then 67 on Saturday and so on.
People in their 60s are to mainly receive the AstraZeneca vaccine following reports of rare blood clots in younger people.
