Cabinet Ministers will tomorrow consider proposals for the number of people allowed at weddings to increase to 100.

Tánaiste Leo Varadkar had said the increase wouldn't be happening - but after a meeting of Government party leaders tonight new proposals are going to Cabinet.

Government sources said there would be clarity for couples after tomorrow morning's meeting.

Meanwhile, 16 and 17-year-olds can register for a Covid-19 vaccine in the morning.

Health Minister Stephen Donnelly says the online portal will open for this age-group tomorrow.

This will allow them to sign up for a Pfizer or Moderna jab.
