Gardai have released a woman, arrested on suspicion of the murder of Daniel Arubose.
The little boy was last seen at his home in Donabate in north Dublin four years ago.
The woman, who's aged in her 20s, was arrested on Monday morning on suspicion of murder, and was questioned at a garda station in Dublin.
She was released without charge on Tuesday morning pending a file being sent to the Director of Public Prosecutions.
Gardaí say investigations are ongoing.
Daniel was last seen at his home four years ago, and concern for his wellbeing first emerged in August this year.
A two-week search of wasteland close to his home uncovered skeletal remains in September.
The upgrade of the case to a homicide investigation only came on December 11th, on the eve of what would have been Daniel's 8th birthday.
