Four men will appear in court in Cavan charged in connection with the investigation into the abduction of Kevin Lunney.
The Quinn Industrial Holdings' Director was abducted, tortured and dumped in Cavan in September.
Gardaí investigating the abduction of Kevin Lunney on the 17th of September have charged four men.
The men were arrested 5 days ago and were released overnight from detention but remained in Garda Custody.
The Gardaí and PSNI launched a massive cross border investigation after the QIH director was left with life-changing injuries following the ordeal.
A number of raids were carried out in border counties and in Derbyshire in the UK.
The men will appear before Virgina District Court this morning with offenses related to the ongoing investigation.
