As Christmas party season approaches, people are being reminded to have fun without risking their jobs.
Experts say staff should remember they are still in a work environment, while at their Christmas party.
"Bear in mind that you are in a workplace environment and some of the issues that employers have, and employees are that when you mix work and pleasure so to speak," said David Bell who is Managing Director of The HR Department.
"It is often situations people have to face in the workplace. The same rules apply and I just think there is more focus at this time of year when Christmas parties are happening."
