A post mortem is taking place on the body of Kevin Sheehy at University Hospital Limerick this afternoon.
The 20 year old boxer died after being hit by a jeep in Limerick yesterday morning.
He was due to become a father in five weeks.
Two men, who were arrested on suspicion of murder last night, have been transferred from a Garda station in the Midlands to Roxboro Road and Henry Street stations in Limerick.
They are in their late teens and late 20s.
The men can be questioned for up to 24 hours.
