A 16-year-old has been charged with the murder of Azzam Raguragui in a park in south Dublin earlier this month.
18 year old Azzam who was due to sit his Leaving Certificate this summer, died after he was stabbed during a row at Finsbury Park in Dundrum last month.
The 16 year old boy who cannot be named because of his age - made no reply when charged.
He has been remanded in custody and will appear before the Children's Court again on June 6th.
