Alison was joined by Lisa Smyth, who works with Tusla, as well as Wayne and Caroline.
Wayne was placed in foster care from a young age and now works with the Care Leavers Network who help people who have come through the foster care system in Ireland.
Caroline is a foster mother and spoke about her experience looking after children.
