We are appalled.

We asked our listeners to sit down on our radio couch and confess their biggest food shame.

It all began with Claire Beck innocently mixing her Maltesers into her popcorn at the cinema.

Her friend was disgusted and immediately shamed her for her guilty pleasure.

We all have our own weird food shame, so we wanted to hear yours.

Prepare yourself. Some of these are awful.
